My name is Briar Browning, I’m a Colorado native, born and raised in Littleton. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, Chris, we love spending time outdoors, camping and being around friends and family. Our favorite place in Colorado to visit is Mt. Princeton Hot Springs Resort.

My passion for interior design started at a very young age. I received a bachelors of science in Interior Design and minor in Business from Colorado State University. My professional background is extensive and includes custom furniture and accessories, engaging with a wide range of furniture vendors, custom ground up construction design and coordination as well as whole home remodels. I started Simply Rose Homes in September of 2020 to service my clients through a variety of interior design and home staging services. My passion is helping my clients find and create their dream home!
