Do you have a screwdriver and a little bit of time? Swapping out your door hardware and hinges can be a really great way to give your home an instant update! Door hardware comes in a variety of finishes and styles to match your aesthetic. Your old and outdated 90’s polished gold hardware can be easily removed and replaced with the latest and greatest in door hardware style.

When it comes to door hardware finish, brushed nickel is my go-to for a timeless look but if you are feeling a little bolder, spring for the brushed gold or a black finish. You can also easily swap your door hinges to match the finish of the hardware.

The thing I love about swapping out hardware is that its EASY! With a screwdriver and an afternoon, you can complete this project.
